Our Commitment
At cravve., we stand behind every product we sell. Our warranty exists to protect you against genuine manufacturing defects and faults — because we believe that when you invest in a cravve. product, it should perform exactly as it was designed to.
This Warranty Policy applies to all cravve. products purchased directly from cravve.co by customers in Malaysia and Singapore. Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not covered under this policy and must follow the respective retailer's warranty terms.
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period applicable to each cravve. product is as stated on the respective product page and in the documentation included with your purchase. Warranty periods may vary by product.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase as evidenced by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Your warranty certificate or proof of purchase is your warranty entitlement document. Please keep it in a safe place for the duration of your warranty period.
The warranty is valid for the duration stated on your product documentation and cannot be extended except where a specific promotional warranty extension has been communicated in writing at the time of purchase.
Always refer to the product page and the documentation included with your specific product for the exact warranty period applicable to your purchase.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal and intended use of the main product unit during the warranty period.
Covered under this warranty:
Manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase or arising from faulty materials
Mechanical or electrical faults that occur under normal use and are not caused by external factors
Components that fail to function as described in the product documentation under normal operating conditions
All warranty claims are subject to assessment, inspection, and final determination by cravve. before any remedy is provided. cravve. reserves the sole right to determine whether a reported fault falls within the scope of this warranty and whether a replacement is warranted.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty applies to the main product unit only. The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:
Accessories, Consumables, and Bundled Items
All accessories, consumables, and items bundled with the product are not covered under this warranty. This includes but is not limited to:
Care Kit contents — air blower, brushes, cleaning pouch, and any other care accessories
Pint cups, containers, and lids
Blades, processing shafts, and drive components subject to wear
Seal rings, gaskets, and o-rings
Any other accessory, consumable, or replaceable component supplied with or sold separately for use with the product
Accessories and consumable components are subject to normal wear and tear and are the customer's responsibility to replace as needed.
Damage and Faults Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or improper handling
Damage caused by failure to follow the care and operating instructions provided with the product
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discolouration, and cosmetic deterioration that do not affect product functionality
Damage caused by use of non-recommended accessories, consumables, or cleaning agents
Damage caused by unauthorised modification, repair, or disassembly of the product by any party
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or environments outside the product's specified operating conditions
Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage supply, or use with an incompatible power source
Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or warranty documentation
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality or performance of the product
Any fault or damage arising after the warranty period has expired
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted by email. We do not accept warranty claims via social media, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.

Step 1 — Submit Your Claim
Email us at cravveco@gmail.com with the following information:
Full name
Order number or proof of purchase
Email address used at checkout
Product name and model number
Clear description of the defect or fault
Clear photographs or video showing the defect — mandatory for all claims
Date the fault was first noticed
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the fault being first discovered and within the active warranty period. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
Step 2 — Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days of receiving your submission. We may request additional information or photographs if required. cravve. reserves the sole right to assess all claims, conduct inspections, and make the final determination on whether the reported fault falls within the scope of this warranty and whether a replacement will be issued. This determination is final.
Step 3 — Return of Unit
If your claim is approved and a physical inspection or replacement is required, we will instruct you to send the unit back to us.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.
cravve. is not responsible for any loss or damage to the unit during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
Our return address will be provided to you via email upon claim approval. Do not send any unit back to us without prior written approval — unsolicited returns will not be processed.
Step 4 — Inspection and Outcome
Upon receipt of the returned unit, cravve. will inspect and test it to verify the reported fault. The outcome of this inspection is final.
If the fault is verified and falls within the scope of this warranty, a replacement unit will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
If the inspection finds no fault, or determines that the fault falls outside the scope of this warranty, the unit will be returned to you at your own shipping cost and the warranty claim will be closed with no further obligation on the part of cravve.
cravve. will notify you of the inspection outcome within 5 business days of receiving the returned unit.
Step 5 — Replacement Dispatch
Replacement units will be dispatched within 7–14 business days of inspection completion, subject to stock availability.
In the event that an identical replacement unit is unavailable, cravve. reserves the right to offer an equivalent replacement product of equal or greater value at our sole discretion.
cravve. will bear the cost of shipping the replacement unit back to the customer.
Replacement timelines are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to stock availability, logistics, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. cravve. will communicate any significant delays promptly.
The warranty period for a replacement unit continues from the original purchase date and does not reset upon replacement. Each warranty claim entitles the customer to one replacement unit only.
5. Warranty Claim Conditions
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the fault being first discovered and within the active warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Warranty claims entitle the customer to one replacement unit per claim only. The decision to approve or reject a replacement rests solely with cravve. following inspection and assessment.
The product must not have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by any unauthorised party prior to submission of a warranty claim. Evidence of unauthorised repair or modification will void the warranty immediately and permanently.
cravve. reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet the conditions set out in this policy, where the reported fault is determined to fall outside the scope of coverage, or where the returned unit shows no verifiable fault upon inspection.
Submitting a fraudulent, misleading, or bad faith warranty claim will result in the permanent voiding of the warranty and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
6. Actions That Void the Warranty
The following actions will immediately and permanently void your warranty with no exceptions:
Unauthorised disassembly, modification, or repair of the product by any party other than cravve. or an authorised representative
Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or operating specifications
Removal, alteration, or defacement of the product serial number, model number, or warranty documentation
Failure to follow the care and operating instructions provided with the product
Use of non-recommended accessories or cleaning agents that result in damage to the product
Sending the unit back to cravve. without prior written approval
7. Geographic Coverage
This warranty covers cravve. products purchased directly from cravve.co and delivered to customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
For Malaysia customers: warranty service is available nationwide including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Return shipping costs and timelines may vary for East Malaysia customers.
For Singapore customers: warranty service is available. Return shipping to Malaysia is at the customer's cost. Replacement units will be shipped back to Singapore at cravve.'s cost upon a verified and approved claim.
Warranty coverage for customers in other countries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at cravveco@gmail.com to enquire before submitting a claim.
8. General
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia or Singapore that vary by jurisdiction and are not affected by this policy.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by cravve. for its products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cravve. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
cravve. reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at cravve.co at the time of your purchase shall apply.
