Q: What is cravve.?

A: We develop premium appliances and premium premixes with superfood powders that belong with them — because living well should never mean living without.

Q: Who is behind cravve.?

A: cravve. is operated by Crafton Group Sdn Bhd. Behind every product is Cravve Lab — our in-house Engineering Team and Culinary and Nutrition Team. One builds the appliances. The other develops the recipes, superfood blends, and premixes.

Q: Are you planning to launch more products?

A: Yes. Cravve Lab Engineering is currently developing our next appliance. Cravve Lab Culinary and Nutrition is working on a line of superfood powders and premium premixes. Follow @cravveco to hear about everything first.


🍦About Scoopé CS-2500

Q: How does Scoopé work?

A: Mix your ingredients into the pint cup. Freeze it flat for a minimum of 24 hours. Place the frozen pint into Scoopé, select your mode, and press start. In under two minutes, your base becomes a smooth, creamy frozen dessert.

Q: Is Scoopé suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

A: Yes — and that was intentional from the beginning. Dairy-free milk for lactose intolerance. Monk fruit or honey for those managing sugar intake. Protein powder and low-fat bases for fitness goals. Fully plant-based ingredients for a vegan result.

Q: How do I clean Scoopé?

A: Run Shaft Clean mode after every single use without exception. Use your Cravve Care Kit — the air blower clears residue from the shaft, the brushes clean the shaft housing, blade and processing components. It takes under two minutes. Consistent care is the difference between a product that lasts and one that doesn't.

Q: What is the Cravve Care Kit?

A: A premium maintenance kit developed specifically for Scoopé, included with every unit. An air blower, a soft brush, a wire brush.  Every detail was considered.


🛒Pre-Order

Q: How do I place a pre-order?

A: Visit cravve.co, select your unit, and complete checkout. Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your founding unit.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Pre-order units are expected to ship in late May to early June 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email the moment your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?

A: All orders are final upon payment confirmation. We do not accept cancellations or amendments once an order has been placed — for both pre-orders and standard orders. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout and refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.


📦Shipping

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), and Singapore. For enquiries outside these destinations, contact us at hello@cravve.co

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Complimentary for all orders to Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia and Singapore, shipping fees are calculated at checkout before payment.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: From the date of dispatch : 

  • Peninsular Malaysia 2–5 business days
  • East Malaysia 8–14 business days
  • Singapore 3–7 business days.

These are estimates and may vary during peak periods and public holidays.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

A: Before dispatch — yes, complimentary. Email hello@cravve.co with your order number and updated address as soon as possible. After dispatch, address changes incur additional courier charges at the customer's cost. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.


🛡️Warranty and Returns

Q: What warranty does Scoopé come with?

A: A limited product warranty as stated in Warranty Policy. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. Accessories, consumables, and wear-and-tear components are not covered.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

A: Email hello@cravve.co with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs or video. Our team will review within 3–5 business days. Full conditions and procedures are in our Warranty Policy at cravve.co.

Q: What if my unit arrives damaged?

A: Contact us at cravveco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the damage and original packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Please retain the original packaging until your case is resolved.

Q: Can I return my unit if I change my mind?

A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Q: What is the Cravve Lab Recipe Book?

A: A curated collection of recipes developed by our Cravve Lab Culinary and Nutrition Team — tested, refined, and approved before it was ever printed. Vol. 1 contains 30 recipes spanning high-protein bases, low-sugar options, plant-based alternatives, and more! The definitive starting point for every Scoopé owner.

Q: How do I access the Cravve Lab Recipe Book Vol. 1?

A: Vol. 1 is an exclusive gift to our founding Scoopé community — not available for sale, anywhere, ever. Access it via the QR code on your Appreciation Card included in your package. It is yours as a founding member, and it will always remain exclusively yours.

Q: Will there be more recipe books?

A: Yes. Cravve Lab Culinary and Nutrition is already developing Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 — each built around new themes, flavours, and techniques. These will be available for purchase in our shop when they launch. Vol. 1 remains a founding-exclusive, always. Follow @cravveco to be the first to know when the next volume arrives.

Q: Do you share recipes publicly?

A: Yes. We drop new recipes regularly on @cravveco on Instagram and TikTok, and on cravve.co — free, accessible, and updated often. The Recipe Book is a different experience entirely. Structured chapters, full macros, Cravve Lab Notes, and 30 curated recipes in one place. Both have their place. The Book is simply in a different league.🌟

A: Yes. Cravve Lab Culinary and Nutrition is developing a line of superfood powders and premium premixes designed to pair with our appliances. When they are ready, our community will hear about it first.
