Overview

At cravve., we aim to get every order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping destinations, fees, delivery timeframes, and everything you need to know about how your order travels from us to you.



1. Shipping Destinations

cravve. currently ships to the following destinations:

  • Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia — Sabah and Sarawak

  • Singapore

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or non-physical addresses. Orders must be shipped to a valid, reachable delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the shipping address provided is incomplete, undeliverable, or otherwise invalid.

Shipping to additional countries may be made available at our discretion. Contact us at hello@cravve.co for international shipping enquiries outside of Malaysia and Singapore.



2. Shipping Fees

Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

Free shipping applies to all orders delivered to Peninsular Malaysia, regardless of order value.

East Malaysia — Sabah and Sarawak

Shipping fees for East Malaysia are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Singapore

Shipping fees for Singapore are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error — including wrong delivery or damage caused during transit.



3. Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation, subject to order volume and operational capacity. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  2. For pre-orders, processing and dispatch will occur in accordance with the estimated shipping timeline communicated at the time of purchase.

  3. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is confirmed.

  4. cravve. reserves the right to delay processing of any order pending payment verification, address confirmation, or fraud assessment.



4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

East Malaysia — Sabah and Sarawak

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch

  • Remote and outskirt areas may require additional time

Singapore

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Deliveries during peak periods, festive seasons, and public holidays may experience additional delays. cravve. is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.



5. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

  2. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly through the courier's website or app.

  3. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@cravve.co.



6. Shipping Address

  1. We ship only to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete, accurate, and includes a reachable contact number before confirming your order.

  2. cravve. is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  3. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or non-physical addresses.

  4. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply and are to be borne by the customer.



7. Change of Shipping Address

Before Shipment

  • Address changes requested before your order has been processed for dispatch are free of charge.

  • Submit your request by emailing hello@cravve.co with your order number and the updated delivery address as soon as possible.

After Shipment

  • Address changes are not accepted once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. Once dispatched, no address changes can be made under any circumstances.

Double-check your delivery address before confirming payment. We process and dispatch orders quickly — contact us immediately if you realise an error.



8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at hello@cravve.co within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue on your behalf as quickly as possible.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking shows no movement, please contact us at hello@cravve.co. We will liaise with the courier partner on your behalf to investigate.

  • cravve. will make every reasonable effort to resolve lost-in-transit cases with our courier partners on behalf of the customer.

  • cravve. is not directly liable for loss caused by the negligence of courier partners. However, we are committed to supporting our customers in resolving such cases.

  • Resolution timelines for lost-in-transit cases depend on the courier's investigation process and are outside cravve.'s direct control.



9. General

  1. All shipping timeframes are estimates only. cravve. does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated.

  2. Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon handover to our courier partner.

  3. cravve. reserves the right to select the courier partner for each shipment at our sole discretion.

  4. cravve. reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at cravve.co at the time of your order shall apply.

  5. This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Warranty Policy, all available at cravve.co.
